This machine is widely used in wire harness fields such as new energy electric vehicles, charging piles, photovoltaic power and rail transit. Featuring high precision, it is independently developed by our company. It adopts humanized design with simple operation and high working efficiency.
1. Features
• Thismachine is designed for cutting round plastic corrugated tubes.
• It can precisely cut at the crests of corrugations and is equipped with a slitting function.
• The wire feeder is driven by a servo motor, featuring stable feeding and fast response.
• Adopting rotary cutting mode for cleaner and smoother cuts
• Equipped with a tension stand, which can start and stop the machine. The feeding speed of the wire feeder can also be adjusted by changing the lifting height of the wire guide wheel.
• Theguidetubes are designed for quick replacement for easy operation.
Optional Functions:
• Industrial PC: Supports connection with MES system
• Double-end slitting (middle section uncut). The slitting length at both ends can be customized as required
