I. Product Overview

WG-645 series Servo Terminal Crimping Machine is a new type of automatic crimping equipment. Adopting advanced servo motor and single-chip microcomputer control system, it is mainly designed for crimping large-square tubular terminals, B-type terminals and special-shaped terminals. It features storable and traceable crimping data, unique performance and precise crimping height, making it the preferred equipment for crimping large-square cables in new energy vehicles, power systems, instruments and other fields.

1. Features

• Parameterized settings via touchscreen. Equipped with a self-developed control system and high-speed servo-driven crimping, it delivers extremely high crimping efficiency and stable dimensional accuracy. Crimping speed can be controlled in segments, and pressure hold settings are available for special terminals.

•Compatible with various interchangeable dies (hexagon quick-change dies, upper/lower crimping dies, pneumatic dies, etc.).

•A pressure management system and MES connectivity can be installed upon customer request, along with a barcode scanner. It enables one-to-one parameter storage for each cable and terminal crimp, supports upload of crimping parameters, and provides full traceability.

•A load cell can be added as a custom option. After reaching the set crimp dimension, the system records the crimping pressure, automatically learns and calculates the average peak pressure, and sets pressure tolerance ranges. An alarm is triggered when values exceed limits, with a pop-up window to judge pass/fail status. Operation permissions can be configured per customer requirements.

•Standard with manual positioning for adjusting terminal position dimensions; electric positioning is optional, with parameterized positioning settings.
