I. Product Overview

This machine is a new electrically controlled cable winding equipment. It is mainly designed for winding of automotive cables, power cables, control cabinet wiring, battery box wiring, new energy vehicle wiring harnesses, AC charging gun harnesses for charging piles, multi-core power cords, shielded wires and BVR flexible wires.

This machine effectively reduces operator fatigue and improves working efficiency. The winding diameter is adjustable; with digital control and microcomputer parameter setting, it features simple and convenient operation.

1. Feature

• Model 168 Series Take-up & Coiling Machine is designed for automatic coiling of long cut wires. When connected inline with wire cutting & stripping machines, it realizes automatic wire take-up, stop and reverse functions, featuring simple and easy operation.

• Theinner diameter of wire coil is adjustable, while multiple outer diameter sizes are optional to meet customized take-up requirements, and can be tailored according to wire characteristics.

• For wires longer than 5 meters, the coiling take-up mode effectively reduces equipment floor space, and facilitates handling and storage of long-length wires.
