This machine is widely applied in wiring harness industries such as electronics and communications, and it is one of our self-developed wiring harness processing equipments. It adopts humanized design with simple operation and high production efficiency.

1. Features

• WG-941 is a vertical motorized wire feeder, matched for use with wire cutting & stripping machines. It realizes stable wire feeding to solve the twisting and tangling issues of wire coils without spools

• It can steadily feed cables with a maximum load capacity of 100KG

• When linked with the wire cutting machine, it detects wire presence and executes automatic feeding & stop control.

• Equipped with a wire straightening device, it corrects wire bending deformation and improves overall processing precision

• Built-in knot detection function with abnormality alarm notification.
