This machine is a new type of electric-controlled cable winding equipment. It is mainly designed for coiling automotive cables, power cables, cables for electric control cabinets and battery boxes, new energy vehicle wiring harnesses, AC charging gun wiring harnesses for charging piles, multi-core power cords, shielded wires and BVR flexible wires
It reduces operator fatigue and improves work efficiency. The winding diameter is adjustable, with digital control and microcomputer debugging, making operation simple and convenient.
1. Features
• The 168 series wire winding machine automatically coils long cut cables. When connected with wire cutting and stripping machines, it enables automatic take-up, stopping and rewinding, featuring simple and convenient operation.
• Theinner diameter of the coil is adjustable, while the outer diameter offers multiple optional specifications. It meets users’ special take-up requirements and can be customized according to cable characteristics.
• For cables longer than 5 meters, the coiling take-up method effectively reduces equipment footprint and facilitates the handling and storage of long cables.
